“I manage the office operations for a sizable care provider, and we have been hiring on paper for years thinking there was no better way.  I was pretty skeptical when Efficient first claimed they could streamline our office operations using their simply intuitive solution, and I was afraid it would be yet another difficult system to use, but seeing how fast implementation happened and how quick our users were trained, I have to admit they were right!  Any time I have a question, no matter how small, I can always get a real, knowledgeable person on the phone to help, and everyone involved has just been very friendly and professional.  As an office manager, I understand the resistance to change and skepticism about technology that can grow in the back-office.  But, I can also tell you that my day-to-day tasks are now much faster and easier to complete, leaving me with less time buried in paperwork and data entry “busy work,” and more time to actually manage our company!”
