WHO WE ARE

Efficient Business Solutions was born out of necessity for a simple, accessible way to capture every bit of a new-hire employee's data without letting any information slip through the cracks.

Originally created to screen, process, and capture Work Opportunity Tax Credits (WOTCs) exclusively in the Hurricane Katrina “look-back” opportunity in LA, MS, and AL, $50M of which we processed and returned to local businesses, our Efficient Solution has been gradually improved to span a number of crucial functions that help streamline business operations and save time and money for American companies, and continues to improve with new essential upgrades.

Before creating our Efficient Solution, our outstanding software engineers helped to develop the American Express' Blue Card system and the Federal Government's IRS E-File program, both trusted by millions of users everyday to operate intuitively and accurately.

Today

our Efficient Solution manages hiring and operational functions for over twenty-thousand business locations each month, helping to save tens of millions of dollars in the lost productivity of pushing paper, and driving hundreds of millions of dollars to American business profits through WOTC used to offset Federal tax liability.  In fact, we have routinely audited WOTC work by most of the largest processors in the market and we consistently find twice the number of credits through our unique understanding of the IRS guidelines and filing systems, our gold-standard front end data capturing and management, and our timely in-house processing.

Recently, we improved our solution with the addition of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) Compliance Module with great success, addressing the current top concern of businesses by using the same superior automatic managing of data that our platform is known for.  Our clients can now sleep easy at night knowing they are immune to the crushing Government penalties being dropped on companies across the country for non-compliance with the law.

We are continuing to grow and improve our platform, and although we know we don’t have the name recognition or size of some larger software and payroll companies out there, we are growing our client base through honest practices and accurate performance, and we are confident that our superior product will win over the market.  No other solution out there can pay for itself so quickly while giving you so much value!
