EBS automatically links us to many job sites (Indeed, Monster, ZipRecruiter, etc..) simultaneously. We are very happy with the applications we are getting since using EBS. Since October we have had 608 applications across 11.5 stores. Their digital Onboarding has allowed us to update our paperwork and new hires are able to digitally sign paperwork and upload their Driver’s License, SS card and, insurance through their phone. EBS allowed us to load our current employees and re-board them and keep them up to date on our new handbook, Arbitration agreements and GPS agreements. Any time we need to update a policy we can send them the new policy to digitally sign and track who has and who hasn’t signed them, so we know who to follow up with and eliminate any liability. EBS also handles our ACA reporting and tracking and will sign up and resign up our Health insurance digitally which eliminates our risk of fines or penalties. The biggest reason we signed up with them is WOTC credits in the past we have not gotten very many credits. The WOTC process is integrated into the application process and we no longer need to chase down paperwork. The estimated WOTC credits would pay for the service plus another 10 to 15k in credits. I can’t wait to see the first year’s results! So for in 3 month 20% of are new hires are eligible for WOTC and on this alone should be far more than enough to cover the EBS annual fee. -Nate B.
